Hazır set istediğinde

SYS.SET › Request Sets'e bastığında support@cbacore.com adresine gidecek, dolu bir e-posta taslağı açılır. İçinde ne olduğunu görürsün; e-postayı sen gönderirsin. Gönderdiğinde bize şunlar ulaşır:

Veriler kimseyle paylaşılıyor mu?

App Store satın alma numaran yalnız Apple'ın doğrulama servisine sorulur. Bunun dışında verilerini satmayız, kimseyle paylaşmayız. E-postalar, Apple'ın e-posta hizmetindeki destek postamızda saklanır.

Cihazında neler saklanır?

CBA Core'un ayarları (port seçimleri, menü ayarları) ve koma ön ayarların yalnız bu cihazda durur. Bir set dosyasını dışa aktardığında nereye kaydedileceğini sen seçersin. Bu veriler sen silene kadar cihazında kalır; CBA Core hiçbirini kendiliğinden internete göndermez.

Nasıl silinir?

Uygulamayı cihazından sildiğinde ayarların ve koma ön ayarların da silinir. CBA Core'un klasörü Dosyalar uygulamasında görünür; oradaki dosyaları istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Dışa aktardığın set dosyaları kaydettiğin yerde kalır: CBA Core'un klasörü dışındaki (ör. iCloud Drive) dosyalar sen silmedikçe silinmez.

Hangi izni ister?

Yalnız Bluetooth. CBA Core Bluetooth'u yalnız kablosuz MIDI adaptörünü bağlamak için kullanır. İzin, SYS.SET'teki WIDI / BLUETOOTH ekranını ilk açtığında sorulur; istediğin zaman iOS / iPadOS Ayarlar'dan geri alabilirsin.

Bize e-posta yazarsan

Destek için bize yazdığında e-posta adresin ve yazdıkların (ör. cihazının ve klavyenin modeli), Apple'ın e-posta hizmetinde tutulan destek postamıza ulaşır. Bunları yalnız sana cevap vermek için kullanırız; kimseyle paylaşmayız. Silinmesini istersen support@cbacore.com adresine yazman yeterli; sileriz.

Privacy Policy

In short: CBA Core sends no data on its own. No account, no analytics, no ads. The only exception is the email you send yourself to request the ready-made sets.

What data does the app collect?

On its own, CBA Core never sends any data to us or to anyone else. There are no user accounts, and the app contains no analytics or advertising. The only exception is the email you send yourself to request the ready-made sets (see below).

When you request ready-made sets

When you tap SYS.SET › Request Sets, a pre-filled email draft to support@cbacore.com opens. You see what it contains, and you send it yourself. When you send it, we receive:

We use these only to verify through Apple that you bought CBA Core on the App Store, to send you the ready-made set for your keyboard, and to give you support.

We keep this email, and a record of which set we sent you, for tracking sets and for support. If you want your record deleted, just write to support@cbacore.com and we will delete it.

Is any data shared?

Your App Store purchase number is checked only with Apple's verification service. Apart from that, we don't sell your data or share it with anyone. Emails are kept in our support mailbox on Apple's email service.

What is stored on your device?

CBA Core's settings (port choices, menu settings) and your koma presets stay on this device only. When you export a set file, you choose where it is saved. This data stays on your device until you delete it; CBA Core never sends any of it over the internet on its own.

How do I delete them?

When you delete the app from your device, your settings and koma presets are deleted too. CBA Core's folder is visible in the Files app; you can delete the files there at any time. Set files you export stay where you saved them: files outside CBA Core's folder (for example, in iCloud Drive) are not deleted unless you delete them.

Which permission does it ask for?

Bluetooth only. CBA Core uses Bluetooth only to connect a wireless MIDI adapter. You are asked the first time you open the WIDI / BLUETOOTH screen in SYS.SET; you can withdraw this permission at any time in iOS / iPadOS Settings.

If you email us

When you write to us for support, your email address and what you write (for example, your device and keyboard model) reach our support mailbox, which is hosted on Apple's email service. We use these only to reply to you; we don't share them with anyone. If you want them deleted, just write to support@cbacore.com and we will delete them.

This website

This website is served through Cloudflare. It uses no advertising or tracking tools; your language choice (TR / EN) is stored only in your browser.
